For production, we have 5 sets φ60 hot rolled production line, 3 sets φ180 hot rolled production line, 2 sets φ400 hot rolled production line, 6 sets hot expending production line,17 sets of hot piercing machines, over 20 sets cold-drawn and cold rolling production line. For testing, we have 26 sets of NDT equipments including ECT machines, UT machines and Ultrasonic thickness testing Equipment, together with hydraulic test machine, EC-K600 omnipotent experimental machine, EC-K1000A hydraulic omnipotent experimental machine and full set of microscopic analysis equipment and other physical and chemical instruments(such as GT2785N Spectrograph) as well.
The specification of seamless steel tube ranges from OD:Φ10～Φ1524 mm with wall thickness: S1~180mm.
