Manufacturing Method

Ordinary boiler tube, average working temperature is below 450℃, mainly manufacturing by carbon steel hot rolling or cold drawn tube.

High pressure boiler tube is often working in high temperature and pressure conditions, under the long-term action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor, steel pipe will be oxidation and corrosion, so it has to be high strength, high corrosion resistance and good stability.

Usage

Boiler tube is mainly used to manufacture water wall tube, boiling water pipe, superheated steam pipe, superheated steam pipe for motorcycle boilers, large and small smoking pipe and generating tube etc..

High pressure boiler tube is mainly used to manufacturing superheated tube of ultra high pressure boiler and reheated tube, guide tube, main steam pipe so on.

Water, oil, gas etc transportation is used for ordinary steel pipe, but, circular pipe has some limitations, such as in conditions bending plane, the bending strength is less than rectangular tube, so some farm skeleton, steel-wooden furniture etc constantly use square, rectangular tube. According to different usages, other shapes of cross section of tubes is necessary.
