Applicable Environments

Steel pipe for oil is main used for boiler pipe of petroleum refining plant, heat exchanger pipe and oil transportation pipelines.

Steel pipe for chemical equipments is made by high quality carbon structural steel and alloy steel pipe, suitable for 40~400 ℃ working temperature,10~30MPa working pressure of chemical equipment and pipeline.

Factory Inspections

Each pipe need to pass hydraulic, expanding and flattening testing. Delivered Condition is heat treatment. In addition, finished steel pipes have severe demands on the microstructure, grain steel and decarburized layer.
